Costume Description:

Our costume design for this production captures the fantastical and nautical essence of the play. Here are some highlights:

1. Sailor Ensemble: The sailors' costumes are inspired by traditional nautical attire with a whimsical twist. Each sailor wears a uniform consisting of a light beige or navy blue shirt with sailor collars and red ties, paired with pants or skirts. This design element brings a cohesive look to the ensemble while allowing individual characters to stand out through unique accessories and details.

2. Whimsical Accents: One sailor costume features an exaggerated and humorous touch with oversized shell bras and a large red necktie, adding a comedic element to the character's portrayal.

3. Captain and Officers: The captain and officers wear variations of the sailor uniforms with additional elements such as captain hats, jackets with epaulettes, and boots to distinguish their higher rank and authority.

4. Inventor Character: The inventor character's costume includes a long, grey coat with oversized buttons and a steampunk-inspired hat with goggles, emphasizing the character's quirky and imaginative nature.

5. Adventurer Ensemble: One costume features a rugged adventurer look with a brown vest, earthy tones, and practical accessories such as belts and boots, perfect for a character embarking on a journey to unknown lands.
