Bringing Spy X Family to Life: Our Latest Cosplay Masterpieces

Hey everyone! Welcome back to Katie's Korner! I’m super excited to share our latest cosplay creations based on the incredible Spy X Family. If you’re a fan of this anime, you know that the characters are iconic—from Yor’s elegant yet deadly look to Anya’s adorable school uniform. We poured our hearts into making these costumes as accurate and detailed as possible, and we couldn’t wait to show you the results!

The Challenge: Capturing Yor's Assassin Elegance

Yor is one of those characters who is strong, sleek, and sophisticated all at once. Translating that into fabric was no easy feat, but it was a dream project! Her black dress had to be both functional for her secret assassin missions while also reflecting her elegance. The velvet accents and intricate strapping were key to capturing that balance. Oh, and the red lining? It gives her just the right pop of color and drama. I love how the dress came together—smooth and powerful, just like Yor herself.

Anya's School Uniform: Cute Meets Classy

Anya, on the other hand, is all about charm! This kiddo is such a beloved character, and her school uniform had to reflect her fun, innocent nature while keeping those sharp lines that are iconic in her character design. We worked on matching the gold detailing on her sleeves and hem, and of course, the oversized red bow was a must! Every stitch went into making sure it would feel authentic yet comfortable, just like the uniforms you see in the anime. Isn’t it just adorable? Anya would totally approve!

As with all our cosplay, every single detail matters. From Yor’s sleek straps to the trim on Anya’s uniform, we focused on making sure each piece reflected the Spy X Family style.
